Here's a link to an excellent, just over 2 hour, lecture by Moritz Von Oswald on his production style, influences, interfacing with the press, and much more. Highly recommended viewing.

There are some other great lectures on the site. I would also recommend checking out Don Buchla, and Derrick May.
It's a great lecture overall. I appreciated how Moritz articulated the essence of his early Basic Channel output by saying that he tried to make it a "snapshot" and to manipulate it in the vertical (modulation, etc.) rather than in the horizontal (varied across time). One of my favorites, the M7 unreleased mix certainly comes to mind.
I also enjoyed hearing him talk about Domina, and how he managed to turn a poppy house track into a dub classic.
You definitely get some insight and a greater appreciation of the kind of thought he puts into each of his tracks, and get the sense that he is a perfectionist, controlling every aspect of his productions.
I would have enjoyed hearing more about what kind of gear he was using in the Basic Channel days, but I really enjoyed watching, and have a much better appreciation for what goes in to producing a great track.
Enjoy!,
M
