Wow... that sounds like some rig. Ozone 5 is a CPU hog on my 32-bit Quad. I have too much invested in 32-bit VSTs to make the move to a 64-bit rig, at this point.

I'm using a Dell Quad gaming tower for music production so I don't have CPU issues but Ozone, with all modules firing will definitely take a bite out of CPU processing. It's a great plug-in. Have fun getting to know it.

Ableton does not have Ozone built in. I use it in Live as a VST and it works great... albeit processor intensive.

Very handy tips. Ableton amazes me every singel day of my life. A quick tutorial looking at some very handy hints, tips and tricks in Ableton Live 8. Includes arming and soloing multiple channels, the use of racks and how to save audio clips, presets, racks and channels to make things more convenient.

BJika EP 002

The second EP from Bjika sees an increase tempo, delivering deep techno rollers at 122 bpm. Docetism – Beskidy [nichts32]

New dubby material from Docetism. Beskidy (eng. Beskids or Beskid Mountains) is a name for discontinuous series of mostly forested mountain ranges in the Carpathians that lay in Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Ukraine. Each track was inspired by a different experience on one of many trails of Beskidy. Hiking is not just a recreational...

Self Reflection (Original Mix)

Consciousness is not in the body; the body is in Consciousness. And you are that Consciousness – not that phantom mind that troubles you so. You are the body, but you are everything else, too. Only the mind resists change. When you relax mindless into the body, you are happy and content and free, sensing...

Polarity by FOCAL

From the passionate lands of France, Arnaud Galoppe, known as Focal and Kinosura, has hand-mixed an emotional labyrinth of dark techno and melancholy ambience in Ultimae’s latest compilation. Polarity is a double-sided conglomerate of electronic expressions from all over the world, spanning across atmospheric soundworlds of intimate drone and deep, industrial progressions. This collection of...
